そんな方にちょうどいいのが、このコーティング作業スタッフです。

お任せするのは、

スニーカー・バッグ・財布・時計などのアイテムに

ガラスコーティングを施して、長く大切に使える状態に仕上げる仕事。

施工はすべて店内で行います。

屋外作業や重い力仕事はなく、

細かい作業をコツコツ進めるスタイルです。

扱うのは「ガラスコーティング」という比較的新しいサービス。

だからこそ、最初から知識がなくて当たり前。

未経験スタートを前提に、

・マニュアル完備

・最初は先輩と一緒に作業

・いきなり一人で任されることはナシ

と、正社員デビューでも安心できる体制を整えています◎

・お預かりしたアイテムの状態確認

・ガラスコーティングの施工

・仕上がりチェック

・店舗での簡単な接客対応

・SNS用の写真撮影(施工後) など

Q. 本当に未経験でもできますか?

A. はい、大丈夫です。

実際に飲食・アパレル・事務など、異業種から入社した先輩が多数活躍しています。

最初はマニュアルを見ながら、先輩と一緒に作業します。

Q. 施工って難しくないですか?

A. 最初は簡単な工程からスタートします。

スピードよりも「丁寧さ」を重視しているので、

焦らず一つずつ覚えていけます。

Q. 手先が器用じゃないとダメですか?

A. 特別な器用さは必要ありません。

コツコツ作業するのが好きな方なら、自然と慣れていきます。

Q. 正社員としての働き方が分からなくて不安です

A. 日報の書き方や報連相のタイミングなど、

社会人の基本からしっかりフォローします。

Q. 職場の雰囲気はどんな感じ?

A. 20〜30代中心で、服装・髪型は自由(派手すぎなければOK)。

応募条件

日本語での高度な読解力および会話力(日本語能力試験N1相当)

社内外のメール・チャット対応が日本語で可能な方

長期キャリア形成を目的とした募集のため35歳未満の方(例外事由3号のイ)

勤務時間・曜日:

10:00-19:00

実労8H/休憩1H

月平均残業時間:10時間以下

休暇・休日:

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)、年間休日120日以上

有給休暇(入社半年後に10日付与)

夏季・年末年始休暇あり

趣味・ライブ・旅行などの予定に合わせて希望休も柔軟対応◎

プライベートの時間もちゃんと楽しめるように、業務効率も重視

給与:

月給:25万円〜38万円(スキル・経験に応じて決定)

・昇給:年2回(成長スピードに合わせて柔軟に評価)
