仕事内容:

江坂駅直結のオフィスビルで、契約書に係る事務のをお願いします。

主に各業者の契約書の作成やお客様に提出する書類の作成をお任せします。

契約書の作成が完了したら、請求書、納品書等の作成まで対応していただきます。

その他、宅配・郵便物の受発送や備品の発注・管理、常備薬の管理なども発生します。

同業務の社員もいますので、事務職が初めての方もご安心ください

・各業者の請求書の支払申請(専用システム使用)

・客先に提出する書類作成

・履行保証保険の申込、テクリス登録

・宅配、郵便物の受発送

・会議室のテーブル拭き(週1)
