あなたにお任せしたいのは、工場従業員や来場されるお客様が

気持ちよく働ける環境を整える「清掃管理」です。

年間休日120日、土日祝休みと働きやすい環境かつ残業も月20時間以下と、

プライベートの時間も大切にできる環境を整えています。

【仕事内容】

お客様である大手商用車メーカー工場の

環境美化を担う清掃管理および関連業務をお任せいたします。

また、お客様や協力企業との窓口・折衝役として

現場の中心的役割を担っていただきます。

まずは、勤務地となる広大な工場の全体像を把握する事から始めていきましょう。

<具体的な仕事内容>

  • 清掃協力企業との窓口(シフト管理や日々の業務指示)
  • 清掃品質チェックおよび品質向上に向けた改善提案
  • お客様へ提出する業務報告書や見積書作成、請求書チェック
  • クレーム対応や緊急対応
  • 特別清掃(通常業務以外の単発清掃、落ち葉や蜘蛛の巣除去、床面強汚染の対応等)

【給与】

月給218,500円~316,600円

※上記は入社時の給与額です

※年齢・経験等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇いたします

※時間外勤務手当、通勤手当等、各種手当別途支給

※賞与年2回(昨年度:月給の3.5ヶ月分、今年度:月給の3.7ヶ月分)

※試用期間3ヶ月(雇用条件変更無し)

【年収例】

25歳/432万円(月給25.6万円+諸手当年間36万円+賞与)

30歳/452万円(月給26.8万円+諸手当年間36万円+賞与)

35歳/471万円(月給28.1万円+諸手当年間36万円+賞与)

埼玉県上尾市大字壱丁目1番地

【交通アクセス】

・JR高崎線「上尾駅」から無料通勤バス利用可

  • 新宿・池袋・東京・渋谷・品川といった都心主要駅からのアクセスも便利

湘南新宿ライン利用:池袋・新宿・渋谷から直通

上野東京ライン利用:上野・東京・品川から直通

・車、バイク(125CC以下)、自転車通勤可

【時間】

8:30~17:30

※実働8時間、休憩1時間含む

※時間外勤務:月10時間程度

【資格・経験】

<必須要件>

高卒以上

要普通自動車運転免許

PC基本操作可能な方(Excel、Word、Outlook等)

<歓迎要件>

ビルクリーニング技能士、建築物環境衛生管理技術者(ビル管理士)、

清掃作業監督者等の清掃関連の有資格者

<求める人物像>

・委託元であるお客様や清掃協力会社をはじめとして

社内外と連携を取りながら、コミュニケーション能力を発揮して業務に取り組める方

【休日・休暇】

・年間休日120日

・完全週休2日制(土・日・祝)

※土日出勤が月1~2回ありますが、代休・振休にて対応

※工場カレンダーに準じます

・慶弔休暇

・産前産後/育児/介護休暇実績有

・有給休暇

※入職3ヶ月後に6日、半年後に4日の計10日間付与

【待遇】

・昇給年1回(4月)

・賞与年2回(昨年度実績3.5ヶ月/年)

・交通費規定支給(通勤2km以上で、会社が認める最も経済的な経路に限る)

・60歳定年制(65歳まで嘱託員再雇用有/1年毎更新)

・時間外勤務手当全額支給(1分単位)
