【仕事内容】

自社サービス(倉庫管理システム、配送管理システム等の業務システム)におけるバックエンド領域の開発・改善を担当します。

  • 具体的な業務

・自社サービスの開発

・自社サービスにおいて再利用可能な標準モジュールの開発

・自社サービスのLTS(Long Term Support)を実現するために必要なルール、プロセスの構築

・バックエンド領域におけるテスト戦略の立案と実行

・CI/CDおよびサーバレスに必要な技術のキャッチアップ

  • 入社後の流れ

入社直後は自社サービスにおけるバックエンド開発に携わっていただきます。

その後、CI/CDパイプラインの作成や改善、バックエンドアーキテクチャ構築など、生産性の向上や開発プロセスの改善をリードしていただくことを期待します。

部長(40代)、育成担当(30代〜40代)5名、メンバー(20代〜40代)10名の構成です。

【応募資格】

以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・詳細設計〜開発単体テストおよびシステム保守の経験

・Java, Gradle, Spring Frameworkを用いたシステム開発経験

基本はリモート勤務、会社の指示があれば出社あり、出社日数の定め無し

【勤務時間】フルフレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間

※9:00〜18:00の時間帯で勤務する社員が多いです。

【給与】

500万円〜900万円

年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額416666円〜 基本給416666円〜

残業代全額支給
