【概要】
現在、弊社製品をご利用中の重要顧客に対し、Salesforce MIAWへの移行を阻止するためのカウンター提案を行います。
Salesforce MIAWの仕様・制限事項を徹底的に分析した上で、自社サービスを継続利用するメリット(ROI、業務適合性、専門性)を明確にし、顧客の離反を防ぐ戦略的な提案資料の作成および営業支援を担っていただきます。
【業務内容】
競合分析(対MIAW): Salesforce MIAWの標準機能における「できないこと(制限事項)」、構築・運用コスト、および導入後の現場負荷の徹底洗い出し。
カウンター資料の作成: * 「Salesforce統合」の幻想(隠れた開発コストや使い勝手の低下)に対する論理的な反論。
弊社特有の強み(UX、ボット柔軟性、CS特化機能)を再定義した比較表の作成。
移行に伴うリスク(データ移行、教育コスト、機能ダウン)の可視化。
提案シナリオの策定: 顧客の課題に対し、Salesforceでは実現が難しい「自社だからこそできる解決策(または今後のロードマップ)」の提示。

・Salesforce MIAW / Service Cloudの裏側まで熟知していること:
Salesforceの仕様(特にMIAWやEinstein Botの制限事項)に詳しく、「カタログスペックでは分からない弱点」を指摘できる。
Salesforceのライセンス体系(Digital Engagement等)や、API制限、カスタマイズの難易度に関する知識。
・BtoB SaaSのプリセールス、またはコンサルティング経験:
他社へのリプレイス案件を阻止した、あるいは競合コンペで勝利した経験。
・論理的な「勝ち筋」を描ける資料作成スキル:
顧客の「プラットフォーム統合」という意向に対し、専門特化型ツールの優位性をビジネス視点(ROI)で説明できる能力。
■尚可スキル
・コンタクトセンターの現場運用に関する深い理解:
オペレーターが「Salesforce標準のチャット画面」を使った際に感じるストレスや、生産性低下の具体的なポイントを語れること。
・チャットソリューションの導入経験。
