仕事内容


【業務の詳細】

不妊治療の研究に関わる実験業務を担当いただきます。

・細胞培養(継代培養)※IPS細胞

・大腸菌を扱った遺伝子のクローニング

・RNAの抽出

・リアルタイムPCR・FACSを用いた測定

・試薬や器具等の発注管理

・実験室の環境整備などのマネジメント

・文献調査やデータ入力
