仕事内容:
横浜市港南区にある内科クリニックにて、医療事務業務全般を担当していただきます。
当院では電子カルテやオンライン資格確認、Web予約などを導入し、医療DXを推進しています。
PC操作を日常業務として使いながら、正確さと丁寧さが求められる業務です。
主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。
- 受付業務(電子カルテ操作、オンライン資格確認対応)
- 患者様対応および電話対応
- 電子カルテ上での診療内容・処方内容・算定内容の確認
- 予約管理業務
- 会計業務(精算機操作、クレジットカード決済対応)
- レセプトチェックおよび診療報酬請求業務
- 健康診断・予防接種に関する請求業務
- 訪問診療に関する請求業務
- 診察終了後の院内美化・簡単な清掃業務
- その他、付随する事務作業
- 業務の一環として、往診車の移動
(当院建物併設駐車場と近隣契約駐車場間の短距離移動)
業務は一人で抱え込むことはなく、スタッフ同士で連携しながら進めます。

給与:
- 時給は、医療事務としての経験・PCスキル・レセプト対応力等を考慮して決定します。
- 試用期間中(3か月)は時給1,250円 となります。
- 試用期間終了後は、能力・業務習熟度・勤務実績等を踏まえ、時給を決定します。
- 昇給あり(勤務時間・能力・業務習熟度等による)。
- 固定残業代制度はありません。
- 時間外労働が発生した場合は、法定どおり別途支給します。
