既存顧客への提案営業なので、

新規開拓やノルマに追われることはありません。

保険の提案からご契約後のフォローまでを一貫して担当し、

お客様と信頼関係を築く仕事です。

将来的には管理職や専門職

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

9:00~17:15(実働7時間15分/休憩1時間)

※残業月平均20時間以内

※19:30にはオフィスを施錠、

ほとんどの社員が18:30までに退社

給与:

【給与】

◆月給26万円〜28万円(固定残業代含む)

※固定給20万円+営業手当6万円

※営業手当は35時間分の固定残業代として支給

(超過分は別途支給)

※入社2ヶ月間(研修期間)は月給20万円+各種手当

※東京勤務の場合、固定給は22万円からスタート
