【職務概要】

CFO・経営層の右腕、同社の組織づくりを統括する人事部長として、採用戦略の立案から人事制度設計、組織開発まで一気通貫でリードしていただきます。

【職務詳細】

■採用戦略の立案・実行

採用計画策定と全職種の採用推進、母集団形成~選考プロセス最適化

、内定者フォローとオンボーディング整備

■人事制度の設計・運用

等級・評価・報酬制度の運用・改善、目標管理制度(OKR、MBO)の設計・運用

■組織開発・人材育成

育成プログラムの企画・運営、エンゲージメント向上と組織改善

■労務・法務対応

労働法対応・労務リスク管理、社会保険・給与・規程整備の管理

■人事部門のマネジメント

人事チームのマネジメント、業務効率化とシステム導入

■経営層への報告・提言

人事戦略の報告、組織課題の分析と改善提案

【求める人材】

【必須】

・人事制度企画・運用、組織開発のいずれかの領域でのリーダー・マネージャー経験(3年以上)

・人事部門の組織マネジメント経験(1年以上)

・ステークホルダー(経営層、現場マネージャー、外部パートナー)との調整・折衝経験

・上記を含む人事領域の実務経験(7年以上)

【尚可】

・IPO準備・上場企業での人事経験

・IT/Web業界、スタートアップでの人事経験

・人事制度設計(等級・評価・報酬)の実務経験

・組織規模拡大フェーズでの採用・組織開発経験

・エンジニア組織の採用・育成経験

・社会保険労務士資格、キャリアコンサルタント資格

【給与】

年収:760万~1000万程度

月給制:月額570000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年1回(業績連動)

昇給:年1回

東京都港区芝大門2-11-1 富士ビル 2階

JR山手線「浜松町」駅より徒歩4分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

10時00分~19時00分(標準労働時間8時間)

試用期間:有(有期雇用期間3ヶ月を経ての正社員雇用。)
