<仕事内容詳細>

看護師を含む3名で1日に平均6件ほどお客様宅をし訪問します。

1件の訪問時間:機材の搬入搬出を含めて概ね45分

・入浴機材の搬入・設置

専用の浴槽や機材を車からご利用者さまのご自宅へ搬入し、設置します。

・入浴準備・片付け

お湯の準備や浴槽のセッティングを行い、入浴後は機材の片付け・清掃を担当します。

・入浴介助のサポート

看護師・介護職員とチームで協力し、お客様の入浴を安全にサポートします。

・車両の運転

訪問先までの送迎車両の運転を担当する場合があります。

・チームでの業務

基本は「看護師+介護職員+オペレーター」の3人1組で訪問するため、未経験でも安心して始められます。

<1日の流れ>

8:30出発

お客様宅へ車で向かいながら車内でお客様情報や申し送りの確認をします。

1件目9:00〜9:45

2件目10:00〜10:45

3件目11:00〜11:45

お昼休憩11:45〜12:45

4件目13:00〜13:45

5件目14:00〜14:45

6件目15:00〜15:45

営業所戻り16:00〜

使用した物品の補充等や明日の準備

17:30 退勤

<訪問の流れ>

訪問〜15分浴槽搬入・入浴準備

〜30分入浴

多職種と一緒に一部介助に入っていただきます。

〜45分片付け

浴槽や備品の片づけを行い全て車に積みます

トイレ休憩や、コンビニでの買い物等は移動の時間に適宜とっています。
