名古屋市名東区の老人ホーム「ベルデ星ヶ丘」での正社員募集

【主なお仕事について】

入居者(高齢者)の施設にて身の回りのお世話をお任せします。

・利用者の食事や配膳、動作などの補助

・起床や入浴などの支援

・歩行や車いすでの移動のサポートなど

・記録作業(タブレット使用で簡単)

未経験の方も丁寧に指導します

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)

≪給与詳細≫

・月給:230,600円~256,860円

※深夜手当、夜勤手当 各4回分含む

・基本給:199,500円~210,000円

・資格手当:5,000円~20,000円

・日祝手当:2,000円/回

・深夜手当:6,100円~6,860円(※夜勤4回分/所持資格により変動)

・夜勤手当:5,000円/回

・家族手当:8,000円~40,000円/月

・通勤手当:上限あり 50,000円/月(実費支給)

(片道2km以上の通勤距離が必要)

・昇給:年1回(毎年5月に行います。但し規定の対象期間の在職が必要)

・賞与:年2回 計2.00ヶ月分(前年度実績)

(入社後初回はなし)

・試用期間:3ヶ月(異なる条件:資格手当、家族手当は支給されません)
