どんな仕事?

さまざまな企業の看板を制作しているメーカーでのお仕事です

誰もが1度は聞いたことがある有名全国チェーン店の看板も手掛けています

  • 仕事内容

(雇入れ直後)

制作部門の組織強化のため、鉄?課にて下記の業務をお任せできる方を募集しています。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

半自動溶接機やアーク・ガス溶接機使用し、看板の骨組、ポール等の溶接作業をお任せします。

小さな骨組から大型ポールまで、様々な部材・看板を製作していただきます。

  • 入社後の流れ

社内研修後、鉄?課に配属し、看板の制作の流れ、鉄?課で担う業務を説明いたします。

鉄?課の仕事は各作業の?程を1つずつ説明しながら、最初は一緒に進めていきます。

仕事に慣れてきたら、担当業務を割り振っていきます。

資格


【必須条件】

下記のいずれも該当する方

・高卒以上

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・アーク溶接 又はガス溶接 いずれかの経験で3年以上

【歓迎条件】

・玉掛技能、床上クレーン5t未満、アーク溶接の特別講習受講者

・溶接作業経験、またはアーク溶接資格取得者

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

1年単位の変形労働時間制

8時50分~18時00分の時間の間の8時間

※休憩70分

※2パターンの時差出勤(早出・遅出)に対応できる方歓迎

【勤務期間】長期

※試用期間3 ヶ月(労働条件に変更有)

※試用期間中は1ヶ月を23日とする日給計算(日給10,869円~15,217円)残業代別途支給

【残業有無】有:月30時間程度

月給 25万円以上

(一律手当を含む)

想定年収:400万円~600万円

基本給:25万円~35万円

※スキル、経験により決定します

※残業代は別途支給

【試用期間中の給与】

試用期間中は1ヶ月を23日とする日給計算(日給10,869円~15,217円)

【その他支給される手当】

残業手当:別途全額支給(法定基準通り)

通勤手当:あり(ガソリン代は距離に応じ会社規程金額で支給)

扶養手当:6,000円/月(扶養子女(18歳未満)1名以上の場合)

【昇給・賞与】

昇給 :あり

賞与 :年2回(前年度実績2.0か月)
