仕事内容:

【一言でいうと…】

障がいを持った方の生活サポート◎

【具体的には…】

■一人ひとりに合わせた日常生活における基本動作等の指導

→文字を書く練習、お金の計算・使い方、運動の基本動作など

■社会との交流が図ることが出来るよう、集団生活への適応訓練

→レクリエーション活動、制作物の作成など

■利用者に対する介護的支援

→食事介助、排泄介助、車いすからの車への移動など

■送迎業務

→ご自宅から事業所までの送り迎えなど

利用者一人ひとりに合わせた個別支援計画や集団プログラムを活用し、

様々な療育を実施することで発達を促すことを目的としています。

介護・障がい者支援が未経験の方もスタートしやすいフォロー体制です

慣れるまで先輩がマンツーマンで、しっかりサポートします

分からない所はすぐにその場で解決

独り立ちする頃には安心して勤務できるようになります◎

求める人材:

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・元気に挨拶ができること◎

・介護福祉士

・介護職員初任者研修課程修了

・介護福祉士実務者研修課程修了

・未経験でもやる気があること◎

勤務時間・曜日:

交替制

(1)8:30~17:30

(2)9:30~18:30

※(1)・(2)のシフト制

※時間外月平均10時間

※休憩60分

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制(日曜・祝日固定 ※祝日がない週は日曜+平日1日)

給与:

月給 205,600円 〜 250,000円

※残業代は別途支給

※試用期間6ヶ月(期間中の条件変更なし)
