新拠点OPEN含む、男女新スタッフ5名の増員大募集

夜勤時は7時間は仮眠休憩

ぐっすり眠られている利用者様も多いので、休憩以外は基本待機。

スタッフ専用の個室も完備(ベッドやソファ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジなど設備も充実※多少勤務地による)

1週間に4回の出勤シニア・ミドルも歓迎

日勤が週3回、夜勤は週1回で、夜勤明けは必ずお休み

日勤実働8時間×3日+夜勤1回実働7時間=週実働31時間となり、

一般的な週40時間の職場に比べて実働時間が短く、年齢を問わず無理なく活躍可能です

働きやすく、友人の紹介で入社した実績も社内で5組以上

身体介助少なめ無資格・未経験OK

自立した利用者様が多く、身体介助は少なめ

経験・能力により月給27万円や月給28万円スタートも可能で、賞与年2回&処遇改善手当も支給

仕事内容

生活サポート・介護/身体介助少なめ[社]

生活支援員として、グループホームの利用者さんの生活サポート全般。

身体介助は少なく、掃除や洗濯、食事準備などの生活のサポート・見守りを中心に行っています。

※2026年2月OPENの新拠点もあり

※マンション型のワンルーム施設(グループホーム)

※生活サポートメイン

連携している就労支援B型事業所と生活介護を利用する方が中心で、自立された利用者様が多いんです。

自社で訪問看護を行なっているため、不安なことがあっても看護師との連携もあるのでご安心ください。

夜勤の休憩時は睡眠時間もありますし、本を読んだり資格の勉強をするなど自由に過ごせます。

※調理業務なし

お弁当の宅配サービスを利用しているので、料理が苦手な方や馴染みのない方でも大丈夫

給与

月給26万円~30万円以上

※経験等を考慮

経験によって、月給27万円や月給28万円スタートもあり

※一律手当含む

※研修・試用期間あり/2週間~1ヶ月(同条件)

勤務時間

[日勤]9:00~18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

※基本は上記時間での勤務ですが、他の時間のシフトもあり(詳細面接時/固定時間の勤務OK)

[夜勤]16:00~翌10:00(休憩7時間あり)

※夜勤の実働短め22:00〜翌6:00の間で7時間は仮眠休憩

※週に日勤3回・夜勤1回の勤務

※残業ほぼなし

休日休暇

完全週休2日制

※シフト制/週に日勤3回・夜勤1回の勤務

※夜勤明けは休みなので、明け休みを含めると休み日数は実質多めです

※お子様の学校行事などでの希望休みも相談OK
