仕事内容


創業から148年、鶏肉一筋の老舗が新たに焼き鳥専門店をスタート伝統の技術と新しい発想を融合させたお店づくりを一緒に進めていく仲間を募集しています。

ホール業務を中心に、仕込みや焼き鳥の調理なども学べる環境です。丸鶏の解体から串打ちまで、他店ではなかなか経験できない一連の工程に携われます

未経験歓迎経験豊富な先輩が丁寧に教えるのでご安心ください。飲食経験がある方や、お酒・ワインの知識を活かしたい方も大歓迎です。

明治10年創業の鶏肉・鶏卵の加工販売を手がける老舗企業が、長年培ってきた確かな品質と信頼をもとに、新たに焼き鳥専門店をオープンします。自社で厳選した新鮮で安全な鶏肉を使用し、素材の美味しさを活かした料理を提供。立ち上げメンバーとしてお店づくりから関われる貴重なチャンスです
