最新の物流ウェブアプリケーションの開発をサポートしていただきます。エンジニア、デザイナー、プロダクトマネージャーと緊密に連携し、手動テストと自動テストを実施することで、新機能のスムーズで安定したロールアウトを実現します。QAチームの主要メンバーとして、テスト、自動化、継続的な改善を通じてShippioの製品品質向上に尽力していただきます。
主な業務内容
・ テスト計画、テスト設計、テスト実行
・ 新機能およびアップデートのロールアウト調整
・ 本番環境におけるインシデント対応とバグトラブルシューティング
・ 既存の開発およびテストプロセスの改善
・ テストカバレッジ向上のための自動化されたE2Eテストスイートの拡張

- Position Overview:Join our international team as a QA Engineer to support the development of our modern logistics web application.
Responsibilities:
- Test planning, test design, and test execution.
- Coordinating the rollout of new features and updates.
- Incident handling and troubleshooting bugs in production
- Improving current development and testing processes.
- Extending our automated E2E test suite to increase test coverage
Go beyond testing by contributing your insights and opinions to product quality.

Requirements
・2年以上のSaaS WebアプリケーションのQA業務経験 (国際物流業界での実務経験がある場合にこの限りではない)
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキルと、基本的な英語スキル
・お客様のニーズと業務を理解するためのプロダクトマインド
・ブラウザ開発ツールを使用したネットワークリクエストとコンソールログのデバッグと分析の経験。
- At least 2 years of experience in QA of SaaS web applications.
- At least basic experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer).
- Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript).
- Proficiency in Japanese. Basic English skills.
- A "product mindset" to guide your understanding of our customers' needs and operations.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools to debug and analyze network requests and console logs.

・ Experience working in an Agile development environment.
・ Testing experience with B2B SaaS or web-based ERP systems.
・ Basic experience with API testing and REST APIs.
・ Experience in the logistics industry.
