募集背景

コンシューマオンラインビジネスにおいて、既存のデバイス保護製品の売上最大化と、詐欺対策製品に関する新規ビジネスの立ち上げを加速するための増員募集です。

仕事内容

・自社オンラインショップ、Amazon、楽天、Yahoo、各種アプリストアにおけるコンシューマ向け製品(ウイルスバスター、詐欺バスター等)の販売戦略立案・実行

・商品選定、販売ページ改善、販促計画の策定・実施

・売上・CV・LTV最大化を目的とした価格戦略の策定(通常価格、キャンペーン割引、バンドル、定期購買)

・ECパートナーとの商談・交渉(手数料、販促枠、広告メニュー、在庫/SKU運用など)

・社内関係部門(Marketing、Customer Success、Finance、Legal)との連携

・各ショップ/アプリストアの掲載・価格ポリシー遵守、販売データ分析、施策PDCA(CVR、AOV、LTV、CAC、ROIなどのKPI管理)

応募資格

【必須条件】

・コンシューマ向け商品のEC運営経験(自社ECまたはAmazon/楽天/Yahoo等のモール)3年以上

・戦略・キャンペーン設計~運用(値付け、クーポン、バンドル、定期購買)と数値分析に基づくPDCAの実務経験

・パートナーとの商談・交渉経験(手数料、販促枠、広告メニュー、在庫/SKU運用など)

・基本的なデータ分析/運用ツールの利用(Excel、BI、EC管理画面、CMSなど)

【歓迎条件】

・KPI設計と達成責任を持ち、社内外の関係者と合意形成できるコミュニケーション力

・アプリストア運用経験(Apple App Store/Google Playでの商品登録・価格設定運用)

・英語力(チャット、メール、ミーティング、そしてグローバル部門との調整に対応できるレベル)

・MA/CRM/分析ツールの活用経験(Braze、Google Analytics、Power BIなど)

・アフィリエイトサービスプロバイダーとの連携経験(売上やCVRなどの目標達成に向けた施策推進)
