プレイングマネージャーとして、技術実務 × チーム運営 × アサイン調整をバランスよく担っていただきます。

【プロジェクト例】

■ 物体検出モデルによる家畜見守りサービス開発(画像認識)

言語・技術: Python(PyTorch、TensorRT)

内容: エッジAI向け検知アルゴリズム開発、AIモデル最適化、MLOps構築。エッジAI向けにモデルの軽量化や高速推論なども担当。

■ 大規模言語モデルを活用した音声認識精度向上(自然言語処理)

言語・技術: Python(Transformers、PyTorch、pandas)

内容: 要約・誤り訂正・分類タスクのモデル比較検証を実施。複数モデルの精度検証・比較、データ前処理や分析も含む。

■ 医療データの分析基盤開発

言語・技術: dbt、ClickHouse、Airflow

内容: 医療業界向けに分析用データの集約、サーバ・DB設計構築をサポート。分析に適したデータ整備から基盤構築までを担当。

【求める人材】

必須要件

・AIのプロジェクトに限らず、Pythonを使用し、基本設計、

詳細設計、実装の工程を担当した経験を5年以上有する方

・チーム(3-4名程度のチームを想定)での開発経験を有する方

・プロジェクトをリードする立場で進めた経験を有する方

※PM・PLでなくても可

・仕様調整を行った経験を有する方
