人事制度企画・人事施策推進/運用等の業務をご担当頂きます。

- 各種人事制度運用(入社・異動・評価・表彰・退職・定年後再雇用等)
- 制度運用実態から課題設定・対策立案
- 経営層向け説明・対策実施
- 全社組織改定
ご経験と適性に応じ業務をお任せ致します。
施策実行の主担当を務めて頂きます。

・コアタイムなしのフレックスタイム制で、勤務時間を自分でコントロールしやすい環境です。
【配属部署】
人事部人事室人事第一課への配属となります。
人事部は人事室・人財開発室・企業年金室の3室で構成されており、約70名(各年代が15名程度)が在籍しています。その内人事室は約30名(20代・30代各10名程度、40代以上10名程度)であり、経営・事業戦略実現及び一人ひとりの働きがい向上に向けた各種人事・労務・福利厚生施策の企画・運用、人員計画策定等を担当しています。
