LLMOコンサルタントとして、生成AIが検索体験の核となる未来において、
クライアントのビジネスがユーザーから「見つけられ、選ばれる」ための
新しい最適化戦略を立案し、実行を支援いたします。
具体的には、AI検索のアルゴリズムやユーザー行動の分析、AIが参照・生成する情報源の最適化、
AIの回答精度と品質を高める施策の設計などを行います。
さらに、クライアントの事業戦略に基づいたメディアの統合的活用戦略の策定や、
専門家を巻き込んだ施策の実行ディレクション、データに基づく改善サイクルの推進なども担当いたします。
【具体的には】
・ AI検索の最新アルゴリズム、およびユーザー行動の分析
・ AIが参照・生成する情報源の最適化
・ AIの回答精度と品質を高めるためのテクニカルな内部施策の設計・提案
・ クライアントの事業戦略に基づいた、
オウンド/ペイド/アーンド/シェアードメディアの統合的活用戦略の策定
・ 各領域の専門家(SEO、広告、PR、等)を巻き込んだ施策の実行ディレクション
・ パフォーマンスモニタリングと、データに基づく改善サイクルの推進
・ クライアントとの日々の定例会進行、戦略的意思決定支援
【求める人材】
・ コンサルタント、または事業会社でのマーケティング担当者としての実務経験(目安:3年以上)
・ 上記経験において、戦略立案から実行、効果測定までを一貫して担当し、事業成果に貢献した実績
・ 高いビジネスコミュニケーション能力と、多様なステークホルダーを巻き込むプロジェクト推進力
【歓迎】
・ AI/LLMに関する基礎知識(RAG、ハルシネーション等の技術コンセプトへの理解)
・ SEO、コンテンツマーケティング、PR、広告運用などのマーケティング領域での実務経験
・ クライアントのフロント(窓口)として、折衝やコンサルティングを行った経験
・ ユーザーインサイトの分析や、それに基づくサービス改善・マーケティング戦略の立案経験
【給与】
年収800~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
