デザインだけでなく、引っ越し手配や消防手続き、ビル管理会社への届出など、移転に伴う煩雑な業務も代行します。

仕事内容

オフィス移転・改装プロジェクトにおける、見積作成から施工現場の指揮、引き渡しまでのマネジメント業務全般です。

単なる「現場監督」ではありません。

デザイナーと初期段階からタッグを組み、デザインの実現可能性を探り、予算内で最高品質を実現するための工夫を行う「技術的なプロデューサー」の役割です。

【具体的な業務内容】

  • 現地調査・積算・見積作成:

現場の状況(設備、搬入経路、天井高など)を確認し、工事に必要な項目を洗い出します。

専門業者(内装、電気、通信など)を手配し、適正価格での見積もりを作成・精査します。

  • 業者選定・発注業務:

協力会社への発注、納期管理。長年のパートナーシップがある業者様が多いですが、新規開拓も可能です。

  • 工程表作成・スケジュール管理:

クライアントの移転希望日に合わせ、無理のない、かつ効率的な工事スケジュールを組みます。

  • 現場監理・品質管理:

着工後は現場に立ち会い、図面通りに施工が進んでいるか、安全管理は徹底されているかをチェックします。

現場での突発的な変更にも、デザイナーと相談しながら柔軟に対応します。

  • ビル管理会社・消防署への申請代行:

工事に必要な各種届出や調整業務を行います。

  • デザインへの貢献:

「この予算なら、素材をこう変えればデザインイメージを保ったまま実現できる」といった、現場を知るプロならではの提案がデザイナーを助け、顧客満足に繋がります。

  • 一気通貫の裁量:

部分的な工事管理ではなく、プロジェクトの全体像(お金・人・時間)を把握し、コントロールする面白さがあります。

勤務時間・休日

勤務時間 9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

フレックスタイム制あり: 現場の状況に合わせて、始業・終業時間を調整可能です。

直行直帰推奨: 現場への直行や、現場からの直帰も柔軟に行っています。

休日・休暇

完全週休2日制(土・日・祝日)

※祝日がある週の土曜日は出勤日となります。

休日出勤の対応について: 週末に現場稼働が発生する場合(月2〜3日程度)は、平日にしっかり代休を取得していただきます。

有給休暇: 初年度20日付与(消化率高)

※夏季・年末年始休暇を含む。

産前産後休暇・育児休暇

資格

【必須条件】

・内装施工管理または建築業界での実務経験がある方

・見積作成、積算業務の経験

・複数の関係者(業者、ビル側、社内スタッフ)と円滑に調整できるコミュニケーション能力

【歓迎条件】

・オフィス、店舗内装の施工管理経験(2〜3年以上目安)

・建築施工管理技士(1級・2級)の資格をお持ちの方

・「言われた通りに管理する」だけでなく、「もっと良くするには?」を考えられる方

【求める人物像】

・現場の知識を活かして、もっと上流の「空間づくり」に関わりたい方

・大規模な組織の歯車ではなく、少数精鋭のチームで手応えを感じたい方

・4月入社の新人に対し、現場のイロハを教えることにやりがいを感じられる方

給与

月給:25万円 ~ 40万円

※上記金額には、月20時間分のみなし残業手当(32,900円~52,700円)を含みます。超過分は別途全額支給します。

※前職の給与、経験、スキル、資格を最大限考慮して決定します。

【試用期間】 3ヶ月(期間中の給与・待遇に変更はありません)
