We are seeking an experienced Banquet Chef to join our Food & Beverage Division. As a member of our team, you will work across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.
About the Role
The Banquet Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team to deliver high-quality food and beverage services to our guests. You will have the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging work, derive a sense of pride in work well done, and be recognized for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of culinary staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage services.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
