Job Title: Pastry Production Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least a High Vocational diploma in any discipline and minimum 4 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a pastry kitchen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality pastry items, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the Pastry Chef in developing new recipes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce breakfast pastry items for all outlets, Room Service, and Banquets
• Assist the Pastry Chef in developing new items, skills, and techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and proper rotation of products

Requirements:

• At least a High Vocational diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience; exposure to pastry kitchen is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in cooking and presentation of food; food sanitization knowledge is mandatory
• Ability to communicate basic English and Japanese
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Note: If you need an applying working visa in Japan, you must have more than 10 years of experience in a specific cuisine.

Estimated Salary: ¥250,000 per month
