【仕事内容】

プロダクト思考を持ち、技術的視点からプロジェクトを管理・推進するテクニカルプロジェクトマネージャーとして、

開発チームと協力しながらプロジェクトの成功を導きます。

【プロジェクト概要】

Fixstars AI Boosterは、ハードウェアリソースを継続的に監視し、AIモデルの学習・推論処理を高速化することで、

コスト効率の高いAI開発・運用を実現するアクセラレーションプラットフォームです。

1台のノードから大規模クラスタまで、多様なハードウェア環境にスケーラブルに対応します。

以下のようなコンポーネントの開発をリードする、テクニカルプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。

・Performance Observability (PO): システム性能情報を非侵襲的に収集・分析するソフトウェア

・Performance Intelligence (PI): アプリケーション処理を高速化するフレームワークおよびプロフェッショナルサービス

【具体的な職務内容】

・開発プロジェクトの計画立案と進捗管理

・技術的課題の特定と解決策の検討・実行

・開発チームとプロダクトオーナー間のコミュニケーション橋渡し

・顧客要件の技術的解釈と開発タスクへの落とし込み

・リリース計画の策定と実行管理

・プロジェクトの技術リスク管理

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

・ソフトウェア開発またはプロジェクト管理の経験(3年以上)

・開発者とのスムーズなコミュニケーションを可能にする技術的知識

・プロジェクト管理経験(スケジュール、リスク、ステークホルダー管理など)

・Linuxシステムの基本知識

・GitやGitLabなどのバージョン管理システム使用経験

・英語コミュニケーション能力(読み書き)

・技術実装と顧客価値を結びつけるプロダクト思考

・技術的課題とビジネス要件のバランスを取りながらプロジェクト推進できる方

・複数ステークホルダー間の調整を円滑に行える方

・顧客の技術課題を理解し、開発チームと協力して解決策を見出せる方

・変化の激しい環境でも柔軟に対応し、プロジェクトの継続的改善を推進できる方

【給与】

800万円~1200万円

10:00~19:00
