About the Role
As a Tech Lead within the Platform Engineering team, you will guide technical direction across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.
You will collaborate closely with a Product Manager and contribute to architectural decisions, quality improvements, and overall engineering excellence.Primary Responsibilities:
Lead technical strategy and architectural planning
Select appropriate technologies and define best practices
Oversee design and development for:
Frontend
Backend
Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
Contribute to hands-on coding when appropriate
Improve product quality through reviews and testing
Manage engineering tasks and support team productivity

Qualifications
*Required
3+ years of cloud infrastructure architecture & system development
Kubernetes operational experience
Development experience with Go
Working knowledge of or Python
Japanese proficiency (N2+ or equivalent)
English communication at business level

Strong ownership and decision-making ability
Experience with complex PaaS or platform products
Interest in full-stack development across cloud, backend, and frontend
