仕事内容:

4~5階建て・延床300㎡前後の鉄筋コンクリート造の建物において

以下業務をお任せします。

【具体的な業務内容】

・企画設計、ボリュームチェック・ボリュームプラン図作成

・基本設計・実施設計業務

・確認申請業務

・委託先の取引設計事務所様との設計工程管理

・工事現場の監理業務

【案件について】

・RC造の不動産投資用マンションがメインとなります。

・主に8~20世帯ほどの単身者向け賃貸物件です。

2019年10月に設立した6期目売上500億円以上の急成長企業の完全子会社

現在は約15名程の設計部ですが、ゆくゆくは30名体制まで増員予定

不動産投資コンサルタント会社「株式会社ひなご」の建築部門を独立させる形で2022年12月に設立したグループ会社です。

親会社である「株式会社ひなご」は4期目にて売上280億円の実績を持つ急成長企業であり、日本橋を拠点に東京23区内において不動産投資に関するコンサルタントサービス事業を展開しています。2025度にはグループ売上高合計500億円以上を達成しました。

グループで土地の仕入れから物件の企画及び設計・施工、またその後の運用までワンストップのサービスを強みとしております。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥670,000 〜 ¥840,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥78,075(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

■想定年収:800~1,000万円

■月給:67万円~84万円

※試用期間:3カ月(待遇変動あり:住宅手当支給対象外で交通費全額支給、その他本採用時と同じ)

※経験・年齢・スキル等を考慮の上決定します。

※上記45時間分(78,075円~)の固定残業代含む。超過分は別途支給いたします。

└一級建築士:7万円

└二級建築士:2万円

✦月10万円までの住宅手当支給あり

┗試用期間終了後から支給対象となります

┗月10万円を上限として実額を毎月支給します

※住宅手当を受ける場合、通勤手当の支給なし

<定年制度>

60歳(再雇用は70歳まで)※勤務形態に変更がなければ、待遇は変わりません。

┗60歳以降は【契約社員】にて1年ごとの更新となります。

■残業時間:月平均28時間

繁忙期を除き、管理職を除く全従業員が20時完全退社というルールあり。

土地仕入れから設計・建築スケジュールを自社グループで管理しているため工程に余裕が持てることから、残業時間削減が実現できています。
