部署・サービスについて
サービス開発推進部は、楽天モバイルの顧客体験とビジネス成果の最大化のため、ビジネスチームの円滑なコミュニケーションを支援し、ビジネスと開発の懸け橋となる組織です。
楽天モバイルのサービスと事業基盤の健全性を守り、品質をリードすることで、持続的な成長を支えるています。
サービスデザイン課は、楽天モバイルの戦略に沿った形で物事を実現するまでのサポートを開発面中心に行います。今回募集するカタログ管理グループは、開発部や案件オーナーと連携して新しい案件仕様をいち早くキャッチし、PIM(情報管理システム)にプラン詳細、サービス情報などの要件を入力・管理したり、ユーザー向けのFAQやwebページのワイヤーフレーム作成など社内外含め各部門へ開発案件情報を連携する橋渡し役として大きな役割を担っています。
業務内容
楽天モバイルのサービス仕様を正しく、わかりやすく社内外に伝え、広くサービスを理解できるためのサポートをすることがカタログ管理グループとしてのミッションです。
グループ内では業務を工程ごとに分けて対応しています。新サービスやプロダクトをリリースする際に、関係各所と連携する必要があるため、どの業務でもプロジェクトリーダーのような動き方が求められます。また、楽天モバイル内でも最新の案件情報をいち早くキャッチできる部門のため、仕様に関する質問などが各部からあった際に案件オーナーの代わりに対応することもあります。
【 PIM(情報管理システム)更新・管理業務】
楽天モバイルの各種サービスやプラン、オプション等の情報をPIM上で一元管理・更新します。
新規サービスやプロダクトの情報追加時、サービス仕様やビジネス要件を正確に把握し、PIMへのデータ登録・修正を行います。
お客様に正しい情報が反映されるよう、PIM上の内容がWebサイトやお客様ツール等に正確に連携・表示されることを確認します。
割引施策や新サービス導入時等には、開発部門と連携し、PIMの適切なデータ構造・更新方法の検討および提案を行います。
PIMを通じて管理される最新情報について、関連部門(開発、カスタマーサポート、サービス企画部門等)と情報共有・連携を行います。
日々の情報管理の正確性と効率化を意識し、業務フローやマニュアルの改善を行います。
【重要事項作成業務】
法務部や渉外部と連携して重要事項説明書および利用規約の整備を行います。
UXチーム、クリエイティブチームなどと連携し、重要事項説明書ページのリリースまでスケジュールの管理を行います。
【開発案件対応業務】
システム開発担当者や受け入れテスト実行者とコミュニケーションを取り、案件の要件確認を行います。
新サービスやプロダクトの要件を内部ツール(Confluence)に情報化し、仕様を見やすくまとめます。※編集作業のようなイメージです。
新サービスやプロダクトのFAQをお客様サポートチームやSHOPチームと連携し作成します。
必須要件:
以下のスキル、経験がある方
ITシステムやWebサービスに対する基本的な理解があり、構造的に情報を整理・管理できるスキル
何らかのシステムもしくはツールを使用したデータ登録・更新業務経験(Excel等も可、理想はPIMや基幹業務システム管理経験)
サービス仕様やビジネス要件を正しく把握し、情報としてまとめる力
部門横断的なコミュニケーション能力(開発、カスタマーサポート、サービス企画部門等との相互連携が頻繁に発生します)
システムや業務フローの改善提案や運用ルール作成に積極的に取り組める方
新しい業務やツールに対して主体的にキャッチアップする意欲
品質管理やリリース前テスト等正確性を問うタスクや業務経験がある方
マルチタスク、パラレルに業務を進める経験をお持ちの方
基本的なOfficeツールの知識(word,Excel,Power Point)
以下のいずれかの経験がある方
案件仕様書の作成
自部署以外の複数他部署メンバーとの協働
大量の商品やサービスの内容を把握した上での業務経験

HTMLページやメールの作成、修正
ページ制作のディレクション経験
カスタマーサポートに関する業務経験
約款、利用規約等法的書類の作成、更新管理経験
法務部との協働
顧客向け/社内向けFAQ作成
