公的研究機関での治験事務業務

  • 公的研究機関において、治験・臨床研究を支える事務業務全般に携われる
  • 既存のExcelフォーマットや専用システムを使った業務が中心で、手順に沿って対応可能
  • 駅チカ(有明駅徒歩2分)×平日フルタイム×時給1,750円の安定した就業環境

仕事内容

  • 治験事務業務

・治験参加の患者さん負担軽減費の請求業務 患者さん来院情報の集約、外部治験モニターへのメールでの来院情報 確認、確定した来院情報を次項の請求情報に反映

・治験関係の請求業務 請求に必要な情報を集約し既作成済みのExcelフォームに請求金額入力請求書作成治験依頼 者との共有文書管理システムへアップロード 入金確認 月次での請求集計等(請求書作成、文書作成システムへの アップロードについてはマクロ等で半自動化されている)

・CDACT内の経費処理 各部署からの支払い処理を経理システムにアップロード、月次での支出等集計 など)

・CDACT所管の会議、講演会等イベント等の運営(日時調整、会場予約、会議等開催案内、会議・講演資料の受領、 Web会議システム設定・運用、議事録作成、講演依頼者との事前準備・謝金処理業務、イベント等の録画手配等)

・臨床研究への患者さん参加のための説明文書・同意文書の電子カルテへのアップロード

・臨床研究同意書の回収・電カルへの取り込み(毎日20件前後:病棟・外来の所定の場所を回り、患者さんが研究 参加に同意署名された同意書を回収(40分程度)、電カルへスキャナーで取り込み・研究番号付加、不備があれば 研究者へ通知など)

・HPへの実施中治験情報のアップロード・更新(現状では四半期毎)、外部医療機関からの治験治験参加の問合せ 対応

・その他、CDACT内で発生する事案への対応

昇給:有(業績・勤務の実績等を勘案して行う。但し、業績・勤務の実績等により実施されない場合がある。)
