業務内容:
保育全般・保育運営に関わる全ての業務
・けが、病気の対応時以外は保育士と一緒に保育をお願いしています。
・保育等に関しては、1から丁寧にお伝えいたしますので、
今出来なくても大丈夫です。

子どもたちが夢を持った時、潜在能力を3歳までに高める事で、
暗記や自分で考える力を伸ばしたいという思いから、
英会話とリトミックは専門講師に依頼し、
モンテッソーリやフラッシュカードを取り入れています。
・子どもたちとたくさん遊んだり、保育中での過程を会議し、
より良い保育ができるように先生方と話し合って共有したり、
新しい取り組みを提案したりができる保育園です。

AM 7:00〜19:00のうち8時間

休憩は法定通り取得
■残業月平均8h・持ち帰り仕事ほとんどなし
勤務時間内に業務を終えられるよう、スケジュールに配慮しています。

保育園事業は、週44時間 特例措置対象事業場(13号・保健衛生業)のため
平均所定労働時間が月180時間となっております。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥210,000 〜 ¥270,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥14,700〜¥50,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
処遇改善手当等 0~1万円
通勤手当 上限15,000円/月(車通勤の方は駐車場代)
時間外手当
昇給年1回(9月)※昨年実績:0~20,000円/月
処遇改善手当1として3月支給(50000円から350000円程度)/園児数と勤務年数により金額を決定
