冷蔵・冷凍食品の出荷業務。日本ハム食品の物流センターで、商品をパレットに積み上げ、検品・仕分け、ハンドリフト操作などをこなす。

・検品・仕分け作業
・ハンドリフト操作による商品移動

【勤務の自由度が違う】
週1日、1日4時間以上でOK。朝8時から夜中3時の間で自由に選択。

交替制(シフト制)
勤務時間:8:00~3:00の間、週1日、1日4時間以上から

労働基本法に則り午後10時から午前5時までの勤務は満18才以上と限定します。

給与:
基本時給1,400円。
フォークリフト乗務時は1,500円となり、スキルに応じた評価が実現します。
試用期間中は時給1,100円ですが、本格勤務に移行時は本給からのスタートとなります。
通勤手当は最大日額500円。
月平均10時間の時間外労働があり、これも給与に加算されます。
6ヶ月経過後には年次有給休暇も付与されるため、長く働き続けるほど待遇が充実していきます。
