ポジション概要:
事業拡大に伴い、プロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。外資系クライアントの担当やグローバルチームとの連携によりプロジェクト(オフィス移転、店舗設計などの建築プロジェクト)をリードできる方の応募をお待ちしています。
職務内容:
- プロジェクト全般を管理し、戦略に沿って、全てのフェーズを安全に完了するようサポートをする
- チームワーク、革新性、卓越性を発揮し、問題解決のために創造的かつ分析的に働くこと
- 日々のプロジェクト進捗管理、グローバルクライアントとのミーティング、ローカルプロジェクトチームとのミーティング、そのほかの様々なミーティングでの会議開催と運営を担う
- プロジェクトのマイルストーン、成果物、リスク、問題点などクライアントの責任者へ適宜情報を共有する
- 業界のベストプラクティスを維持しながら、クライアントの要望を叶えるための解決方法を検討する
- フィージビリティスタディ、ベンダー選定、適切なステークホルダーからの評価の提案を実施、推進する
- 品質管理、品質問題の解決、プロジェクトスコープや変更を管理
- プランニング、外部ベンダーとの関係構築、コミュニケーション、リソースの確保、予算、変更、リスク等、問題解決に至るまで、プロジェクトやプログラムのあらゆる側面を管理する
- プロジェクトやプログラムが、スコープ、スケジュール、予算、品質基準を満たして進捗しているか確認をする
- プロジェクトおよびプログラムマネジメントの原則、手法、技法を幅広く理解していること
- その他、アドホックな業務の担当
求める経験・資格:
- プロジェクトマネジメントおよびコンストラクションマネジメントとして建築施工プロジェクトをリードした経験(5年以上)
- 優れたリーダーシップ、コミュニケーション能力を活用し、プロジェクトを期日どおり、予算内にリードした経験がある方
- 自発的で決断力があり、要望の変更や様々な変更に対しての対応能力
- エグゼクティブスポンサー、チームメンバー、ステークホルダー、同僚からの賛同を得たり、影響力を与えた経験
- 都度変化するプロジェクトを柔軟に対応できる柔軟性と問題解決能力
- 英語は不問、あれば尚可
雇用条件:
- 正社員(試用期間6か月あり 試用期間中の給与は変更なし)
就業時間:
- 9:00‐18:00
専門業務型裁量労働制 適用

- 完全週休2日制(土、日、祝日)
- 年末年始休暇(12月29日~1月3日)

給与:
- 年俸制(年俸の12分の1を毎月支給、定額残業手当含む)
- 変動賞与(KPI):会社および個人の業績に応じて年1回支給
