The Role
コンタクトセンターシステムの開発・構築プロジェクトの技術者を募集いたします。
従来型のオンプレミスもしくはクラウド型あるいはその両方の設計・構築からシステムテストまでを経験された方を求めております。
企業の顔とも言えるコンタクトセンターはお客様にとって重要なシステムです。このお客様事業の生命線とも言えるコンタクトセンターシステムの開発・構築を私たちと共にご支援することのできる機会です。
Who You Are
【必須】
・一般的なネットワークおよびコンタクトセンターシステムのスキル
・コンタクトセンターシステムの設計・構築経験
・問題発生時の切り分け、復旧方法検討、実施の経験・スキル
・コミュニケーション能力(ユーザからの問いを受けて、適切な調査・回答を行うなど)
・プロジェクトにおけるチームリードの経験
【歓迎】
・大規模コンタクトセンターの開発・構築経験
・ベンダー資格保有者(AVAYA、Genesys、NICE、Verint、etc)
・英語(メールのやり取り・ドキュメントを読み解く)
・メンバーの動機付け、育成も念頭においてチームをリードできるリーダーシップ
