We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Specialist to manage and maintain our enterprise directory services. This role is critical for ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable identity and access management across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including user accounts, groups, and organizational units.
Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) for security and compliance.
Monitor and troubleshoot authentication, DNS, and replication issues.
Implement and maintain security policies, access controls, and audit logs.
Support AD-integrated services such as LDAP, ADFS, and Single Sign-On.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and identity management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Japanese language proficiency:
JLPT N1 or equivalent (mandatory for communication and documentation).
Familiarity with ITIL processes.
