SaaSやAIを駆使し、データ活用やKPI設計まで踏み込み、経営課題を解決。
「利益を生むDX」を実現することを目指しています。
【具体的には】
・ 小~中規模プロジェクトのPM、Salesforce導入・カスタマイズ、運用支援
・ SaaSプロダクトの導入・カスタマイズにおける計画~品質管理
・ プロジェクト進行管理、リソース配分、関係者調整
・ 要件定義・基本設計、設計ドキュメント作成
・ SaaSの初期設定・カスタマイズ(権限・データ・ワークフロー等)
・ テスト・リリース支援、運用定着サポート(マニュアル作成・ユーザー教育)
・ スポーツジム運営企業の加盟店開拓支援
・ 経営課題抽出、マーケティング・インサイドセールス強化、出店戦略策定
【求める人材】
【必須】
・ プロジェクトマネジメント・リーダー経験(顧客折衝重視)
・ SaaS導入・開発・業務改善プロジェクトの経験
・ 要件定義・業務改善提案・スケジュール管理経験
・ Salesforce、HubSpot等の導入・カスタマイズ経験
・ 複数関係者との調整・コミュニケーション力

【給与】
年収600~700万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
