仕事内容


広い牧場内を巡回する「わんわんバス」の運転手として、お客様を各駅まで安全にお送りいただきます。

場内の駅間を、お客様を乗せて走るお仕事。停まる駅はまきばのひろば、フルーツ農園、ひつじの牧場など様々。ただ運転するだけでなく、明るい挨拶や声掛けも大切です。

バス運転手の募集ですので、中型運転免許は必須。経験ゼロからスタートした先輩も活躍中ですよ

中型運転免許以外の資格は問いません。ブランクがある方や未経験者でも大丈夫優しい先輩が丁寧に指導しますし、各種研修制度も充実しているので安心してスタートできます

かわいいバスや場内の景色を見て笑顔になる子供たちを見ていると、こちらまで楽しい気持ちになりますよ。

スタッフとお客様の距離が近く、楽しみながら仕事ができるのが大きな魅力。ちょっとした気遣いや声掛けで、「ありがとう」など感謝の言葉をいただく事もあります。

決められた時間で働くので、プライベートやWワークと両立もできます。様々な待遇もご用意していますよ。

1962年設立のマザー牧場は、鹿野山に約250ヘクタールの広大な敷地をもつ観光牧場を運営しています。
