米沢工場では、車載向けに採用される高品質な半導体パッケージを生産しております。
今後も新製品の立ち上げが予定されており、新材料や新装置の導入を含め、技術革新を積極的に推進しています。
近年、開発スピードがますます加速する中で、円滑に新製品開発を取りまとめ、プロジェクトをリードできる人材の強化が不可欠となっています。
そのため当社では、半導体パッケージ開発における経験や知識を活かし、開発案件を牽引いただける方を募集いたします。
本ポジションでは、車載・IoT向けの高信頼性パッケージをはじめとし、業界最前線の技術開発に携わることができます。
AIや自動化など、社会を大きく変革する技術の基盤を支えるパッケージ開発に貢献できる、非常にやりがいのある環境です。
【主な業務内容】
・新製品開発のプロジェクト推進
・プロジェクト開発に基づく技術対応・報告
・製造ラインの立上げ・量産移行支援
・新製品の品質・歩留まり改善活動の推進
・新材料、新工法適用の技術開発支援
・海外拠点との技術連携・プロジェクト推進

Qualifications
【MUST】
・半導体後工程(組立・パッケージング)のパッケージ開発経験(2年以上)
・信頼性試験の評価知識
・工程改善・品質管理などの実務経験
・技術系学位(機械、材料、電子、化学など)
【WANT】
・半導体パッケージ材料の開発経験(樹脂、ダイボンド材など)
・プロセス技術立上げの開発経験
・LF,BGA基板の設計経験
・CADを用いた図面作成経験
・ISO/IATFなど品質規格への対応経験

当社では、ハイブリッド勤務モデルを採用しており、従業員は週に2日間リモートワークを行うことができます。同時に、残りの日はチームとしてオフィスに集まり、協働を強化しています。出社指定日は火曜日から木曜日で、イノベーション、コラボレーション、そして継続的な学習に取り組む日としています。
