未経験からスタートできる**総務事務(バックオフィス業務)**のお仕事です。
社員が安心して働けるよう、社内のサポート業務をお任せします。
まずは簡単な業務からスタートするので、事務未経験の方も安心してください。
具体的には
- 電話・来客対応(取次ぎがメイン)
- 社内外からの簡単な問い合わせ対応
- 書類作成・データ入力(フォーマットあり)
- 契約書・社内文書の管理
- 備品・消耗品の発注、在庫チェック
- 会議・社内イベントの準備サポート
- 勤怠管理、入退社手続きなど人事サポート
- 請求書処理、経費精算などの簡単な経理補助
- その他、庶務業務全般
未経験でも大丈夫な理由
