オストミーケア製品の営業として、東日本リージョンの北東北をお一人でご担当いただきます。

■オストミーケア製品の営業をご担当いただきます。
大学病院や基幹病院といった医療施設を訪問し、主に看護師(皮膚・排泄ケア認定看護師や病棟看護師)に対して製品のPRを行うお仕事です。
看護師を中心とした医療従事者に対する院内説明会や地域セミナーの企画立案、学会や展示会での製品PR等も行います。

【オストミーケア製品とは】
ストーマ(人工肛門・膀胱)用の装具、またQOL向上のためのアクセサリー製品です。大腸癌や腸閉塞等の手術により人工肛門・膀胱を造設した方が手術後から使用します。
コロプラストのオストミーケア製品は、革新的なイノベーションを通じた開発や改良が継続的に行われ、世界で最も使われているストーマ装具を製造、販売しています。【働き方について】自宅から車での直行直帰中心の営業となり、一日約4~5施設を訪問します。大学病院や基幹病院といった、ストーマ増設件数の多い施設を中心に訪問します。
Power BI, Sales Force, Showpadといった数多くの販売データーや最新の販促ツールを駆使しながら、コールプランを立案いただき販促を行っていただきます。
また、コミュニケーション強化の為、定期的なチームミーティング (3か月に一度実施)や営業同行などを積極的に行っています。

※事業が成長し続けている為、将来的に他営業部門(⾃⼰導尿製品/経肛門的洗腸療法製品/泌尿器科製品の取扱い)へ異動機会の可能性もあります。

<求める経験・能力・スキル>
【必須】営業経験3年以上の方(医療業界経験があれば尚可)
【必須】普通自動車免許(車、及び、公共の交通機関を利用しての直行直帰中心の営業となります)・売上プランを必ず達成するポテンシャルと責任感のある方・入社後からお一人で広範囲を担当して頂きますので、自立して仕事ができ、プライオリティーをつけてプランを作成し、確実に実行できる方(活動報告は上司であるマネージャーにして頂きます)
・お客様が医療従事者(看護師等)中心であるため、長期的に信頼関係を築ける方
・自己管理能力(行動計画および完遂までの進捗管理)※自己管理をしながら、精力的に回っていただける方
・弊社のコアバリューに共感し、個人の成長と共に会社の発展に寄与してくださる方
