仕事内容:

区役所内で、地域住民の方に向けた窓口業務をご担当いただきます。

地域住民からの相談対応や自治体職員との書類のやり取りを行います。

申請書作成の補助・受付、関係する課への案内・連携等をお願いいたします。

月~金、週5日のフルタイムのお仕事です。

【研修について】

不安なく勤務を開始いただけるよう配属前に研修を実施します。鎌倉新書東京本社(東京都中央区)にて実施いたしますので、期間中はご出社をお願いします。(2日間)

必須要件

  • コミュニケーションスキル(サービス接客業における経験歓迎)
  • WordやExcelなどの基本的なパソコンスキル

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 勤務時間:8時30分〜17時30分(所定労働時間8時間・休憩60分)
  • 残業はありません。
  • 勤務曜日:月~金、週5日フルタイム(土日祝はお休み・シフトに準ずる)

休暇・休日:

  • 月~金、週5日フルタイムのご勤務です。土日祝日はお休みです。
  • 有給休暇:法定通り

原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり

アクセス:

  • JR南武線矢向駅から 徒歩約15分

JR南武線鹿島田駅から 徒歩約20分

給与:

交通費支給あり(上限5万円まで)
