【業務内容】
オフィスビル・工場・ホテル・マンション・複合施設など、様々な用途の建築物の設備積算見積業務をご担当いただきます。
設計図をもとに積算、値入、関係部署と調整、協力会社からの見積徴収及び折衝を行い、単価金額に対する調査、分析、自社単価更新を行います。

【給与】
【想定年収】650万円~900万円(例:28~45歳)
【想定月収】38万円~53万円(例:28~54歳)
※経験年齢、能力、前職給与等を考慮し判断いたします。
※キャリア職(G3-G5)35時間分92,320円~、基幹職(G6)は45時間分150,000円~のみなし残業手当を支給。
※超えた分の残業代は別途支給。
※準社員期間はみなし手当は無し(残業代全額別途支給)
