仕事内容:

「健康マージャンサークル」を運営するお仕事です。

【 主な業務 】

  • マージャンサークルの準備・進行
  • ご参加者様と一緒にゲーム(マージャン)
  • 出欠管理・参加費受領

最初は、先輩のサポート業務を行っていただきます。

少しずつノウハウを覚えてもらい、いずれは、サークル運営全般をお任せいたします。

・シニア世代の方とのコミュニケーションが得意な方歓迎

・マージャンに関する研修制度があります。

【 勤務地に関して 】

札幌市内の各サークル会場への直行・直帰になります。

アピールポイント:

シニア世代の健康づくり・生きがいづくり・お友達づくりを目的に活動をしている

NPO法人です。

現在のところ、札幌市内を中心に石狩市・小樽市にて、健康マージャンサークルの

主催運営がメインの活動となっています。

サークルに参加される方は、ほとんどが女性の方です。

常に賑やな雰囲気の中、サークル活動を行っています。

参加者の皆さんが盛り上げてくれているお蔭もあり、スタッフ一同、とても楽しく運営業務を行えています。

マージャンが好きな方、シニア世代の方とコミュニケーションを取るのが好きな方は、楽しく働けると思います。

募集職種に関しては、残業はありません。

勤務時間・曜日:

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)

週2日勤務できる方(下記時間帯の組み合わせによるシフト制)

・始業時間 17:45 終業時間 21:15 (休憩時間:なし)

・水曜日・木曜日(土日を除く別の曜日に変更の可能性アリ)

・残業はありません

※マイカー通勤可(駐車場あり)

給与:

  • 昇給年1回
  • 通勤手当

待遇・福利厚生:

・雇用期間の定めあり(1年間)

・給与:1,110円以上

・65歳定年

・通勤手当実費支給(月/25,000円上限)

・昇給:4月

・普通自動車第一種運転免許(あれば尚可)
