仕事内容

  • 経験に応じたポジション配属により無理なくキャリアアップ -

    まずは基本的な配属店舗の仕込みや調理オペレーションに慣れていただき

    徐々にアルバイトのシフト作成や原価管理など、

    調理従業員のマネジメントにも関わっていただきます。

    管理業務としてキッチンオペレーションの構築や

    衛生管理の徹底、新商品の提案等お任せしたいと考えています。

    最短6ヵ月以内で副料理長職としての厨房業務全般を引き継ぐ流れです。

副料理長候補として料理長のサポート業務を行います。

150席、月商1500万~3500万円規模の店舗オペレーション、

30~50名のマネジメントをお手伝いください。

目標と主体性を持って仕事に取り組めるので、仕事が作業にならずに働けます

給与


月給 29万円~36万円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり6万9936円~8万6817円(固定残業時間:45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

*売上達成によるインセンティブあり

*料理コンテストによる報奨金制度あり(3万円~)

*資格取得インセンティブ制度あり(焼肉検定他:5万~20万円)
