【障がい支援区分認定に係る調査業務】

障がい支援区分認定の調査業務を

週2~3日行っていただきます。

調査先へは公共交通機関・自転車・徒歩・

バイクでの移動となります(車での訪問は不可)。

ご希望があれば、枚方市内のレンタルサイクルを

法人契約することも可能です

(月額費用は給与より控除)。

活動エリアは枚方市内が中心ですが、

移動距離などを考慮し、ご相談のうえ

大阪市や京都市など周辺エリアでの業務を

お願いする場合もございます。

訪問先は申請者のご自宅や施設などで、

ご自宅からの距離や移動手段をできる限り考慮し、

無理のない範囲で調査先を選定いたします。

調査エリアは枚方市内が中心です

<調査業務とは>

障がい福祉サービスを受けるために必要な

「障がい支援区分認定」を行う際に、

申請者を訪問し、心身の状態や生活の様子

などについて聞き取り調査を行います。

調査終了後、調査票を作成し提出します。

調査経験のある方はもちろん、未経験の方でも

充実した研修を行いますのでご安心ください。

調査票作成用のタブレット等も貸し出しいたします。

介護支援専門員の資格をお持ちの方は実務未経験でもOK

その他、医療・福祉系の資格をお持ちの方は

応募資格を満たせばOKです。

<オススメポイント>

  • 直行直帰型で自由に働ける

調査先(自宅・施設等)へは自宅から

直行直帰のため、事務所へ毎回通勤する

必要はありません。

調査票は自宅で好きな時間に作成できるため、

介護・育児・ダブルワークなどと

両立させることができます。

毎日働きたい、週2~3日でプライベートな

時間を確保したい、扶養範囲内で働きたい等、

ご希望に応じた働き方が実現可能です

  • 充実した教育サポートあり

調査業務未経験の方は、入社後の座学研修の後、

先輩社員の見学からスタート

習熟状況に合わせて調査先を選定するので、

無理なく経験を積んでいただけます。

お仕事にブランクがある方もしっかりと

サポートいたします。

  • 調査業務に専念できる

調査先の選定や対象者との日程調整は、

専任の事務員が行います。

専門職として調査業務に専念いただける環境です。

調査票作成に必要なタブレット等は貸与いたします。

  • 年齢問わず応募OK

現在弊社で活躍している調査員には

40~60代も多く、ご年齢問わずご勤務いただけます。

調査票の作成はExcelを使用しますが、

ひな形があるのでパソコン入力ができればOKです。

資格


<下記のいずれかの資格や経験をお持ちの方>

  • 介護支援専門員(実務未経験可能)
  • 保健師、看護師、准看護師、社会福祉士、

介護福祉士、理学療法士などの

福祉系・医療系の資格をお持ちであり、

福祉現場での経験が5年以上ある方

<下記のような方を歓迎します>

  • 内勤より外回りの仕事が好きな人
  • これまでの福祉現場での実務経験や

資格を活かして自由な時間で働きたい人

  • 別途、調査員研修を受講いただく必要があります。

勤務時間

  • 9:00~18:00内での勤務

(勤務時間により休憩あり※最大60分)

上記時間内で活動希望時間をお伺いいたします。

  • ご入社後は、大阪心斎橋支店での机上研修に加え、

大阪市内での同行研修からスタートとなります。

  • 週2~3日勤務(シフト制)

「仕事が休みの日だけ働きたい」

「16時までの勤務が良い」など、

働き方は柔軟に調整可能です。

出勤日数や勤務時間については

時給 2000円

パート 時給2,000円

  • 調査1件あたりの標準時間2時間

(訪問調査~調査票作成・報告)

  • 交通費等手当520円/件
  • 障がい調査手当1,350円/件

=1件あたり5,870円支給

※1件調査票を完成し提出する事を要件とします。

  • 入社後2ヶ月は試用期間(時給2,000円)

交通費:交通費支給

交通費手当あり(規定あり)
