当社のエンタープライズ向け SaaS プラットフォームの導入をリードする Delivery Manager を募集しています。本ポジションでは、プロジェクト計画、ステークホルダー調整、導入実行までを一貫して担当し、円滑な導入と高い顧客満足度を実現します。
SaaS・ERP・システムインテグレーション領域でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験をお持ちの方に最適なポジションです。
*業務内容
プロジェクトデリバリー・導入管理*
- SaaS 導入プロジェクトの立ち上げ〜稼働開始(Go-Live)までの全工程をリード
- プロジェクト計画、スケジュール、WBS、リスク管理の策定・運用
- 顧客要件を整理し、具体的なタスクや設定・仕様に落とし込む
- プロダクト設定、データ移行、テスト(UAT 含む)、開発連携を推進
- Jira、Notion、Backlog などを活用した課題・タスク管理
*クライアント・ステークホルダー管理*
- 顧客の企画部門、IT 部門、現場部門などの主要ステークホルダーの窓口として対応
- 定例会、ステータス報告、課題共有などのコミュニケーションをリード
- 期待値調整や課題解決を主導し、プロジェクトの円滑な推進を支援
*社内クロスファンクション連携*
- プロダクト、エンジニアリング、カスタマーサクセス、ソリューションチームと密に連携
- 導入プロジェクトから得た知見をプロダクト開発へフィードバック
- プリセールスにおけるスコープ/実現可能性/工数見積りの支援
*プロセス改善・オペレーション最適化*
- 導入プロセス、ドキュメント、ベストプラクティスの標準化・改善
- プロジェクトのヘルスチェック(リスク、進捗、顧客満足度など)を継続的にモニタリング
- デリバリー品質や効率向上のための改善提案を推進
*必須スキル*
- 3年以上 のエンタープライズ向け SaaS または IT システム導入プロジェクトの PM 経験
- WBS 作成、スケジュール管理、リスク管理の高い実務能力
- 企画・IT・業務部門など多様なステークホルダーとの調整経験
- プロダクト仕様、ワークフロー、API、データ構造に関する理解
- Jira、Notion、Backlog などのプロジェクト/課題管理ツールの利用経験
- 高いコミュニケーション力と問題解決能力、曖昧性のある状況でも推進できる力
*歓迎スキル*
- SaaS、ERP、または大規模 IT システム導入における PM 経験
- SIer におけるプロジェクトマネージャー/リーダー経験
- IT コンサルティングまたは業務改革(BPR)領域での PM / PMO 経験
- エンタープライズ IT 環境やシステム連携の知識
