【業務内容】
■同社の中枢部門である総務部の責任者として、経営層の方針に基づき、部門全体のマネジメントと戦略的な総務業務を推進していただきます。
【具体的には】
■総務戦略の立案と部門マネジメント
経営戦略に基づいた総務部門のロードマップ策定、年間計画の実行および予実管理
部門メンバーの育成・目標設定・評価を含む組織マネジメント
全社的なコスト適正化や業務プロセス改善(BPR)の企画・推進
■戦略的購買プロセス・資産管理の構築
全社の物品・サービスにおける購買プロセス(調達・契約・発注)の標準化と最適化
スケールメリットを活かした価格交渉・ベンダー選定によるコストパフォーマンスの最大化
固定資産・リース契約・備品の管理規定策定および、監査に耐えうる資産管理体制の確立(棚卸監督含む)
■ガバナンス強化・法務・リスクマネジメント
IPO準備に対応した社内規程の整備・運用、およびコンプライアンス研修の推進
反社チェック体制の強化、取引先管理などのリスクマネジメント運用

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■総務、法務、またはそれに類する部門での管理職経験(目安:5年以上)
■ファシリティ管理、購買管理、契約管理、リスクマネジメントに関する深い知識と実務経験
■組織全体のインフラ課題を発見し、解決策を立案・実行できる戦略的思考力
■経営層や他部署、社外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを図れる高い折衝能力
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■上場企業、または上場準備中の企業での総務部門統括経験
■IPO準備実務(証券会社・監査法人対応、規定整備など)の経験
■オフィス移転や大規模なファシリティプロジェクトのPM経験
■法務関連資格(弁護士、行政書士等)やコンプライアンスに関する専門知識
【その他】
■リーダーシップを発揮し、部門メンバーを育成・指導できる方。
■会社の「守り」の部分を担いつつ、攻めの総務戦略を提案・実行できる方。
■コンプライアンス意識が高く、公正かつ誠実に業務に取り組める方。
