数年後の上場を視野に入れ、経営戦略と連動し、組織成長・人材戦略を推進する人事責任者ポジションとなります。
採用・育成・評価・制度・組織開発まで人事全般を統括しながら、経営陣や事業責任者と対等に 対話・提言できる高度な実行力と構想力が求められます。将来的にはCHRO(Chief Human Resources Officer)としての登用も視野に入れています。

【責任範囲】
経営陣との連携のもと、人事戦略・方針の立案と実行
事業部と連携した人材戦略/配置/課題解決のファシリテーション
組織開発(キャリアパス、定着率、ミドル層強化 等)への構造的な提言
人事領域全般(採用・育成・評価・制度・カルチャー醸成)の統括
必要に応じて、経営企画業務との兼務(経営視点での事業・人材連携)
将来的なCHRO(経営幹部)としての役割遂行への準備・実践
