募集背景・業務概要:

通信事業の基幹系システムを安定運用し、日次処理の遅延を減らす改善を進めています。運用手順の標準化と品質向上を目的に、運用保守の体制を強化します。継続的な改善提案ができる環境です。お任せする業務:

運用保守メインで、バッチ監視やログ分析、障害原因の切り分けを行います。改善提案の整理と手順書の更新を担当いただきます。運用の可視化を進め、再発防止策を実行します。運用状況を可視化し、改善の優先度を整理します。手順書の更新を通じて、属人化を抑えます。

運用を見据えた設計指針を整理し、手戻りを防ぎます。

運用結果を振り返り、改善項目を更新します。

お客様の単価を100%開示しています。単価と給与が連動するから、頑張りや成果がダイレクトに収入に反映される仕組みです。

・月給に単価連動型の歩合給を支給。

・還元率:メンバークラスで75~80%、リーダークラスで85%~90%の高水準を実現

・単価アップ時に即時昇給反映

・賞与年2回(計2ヶ月分)
