◎ 安心の研修体制

研修は社内ITスクールで1~3ヶ月。

少人数制で目が細かく届く環境で学び、未経験でも確実にスタートラインに立てるようにしています。

講師は現役エンジニア。疑問はその場で解消し、実践に近いスキルを身につけられます。

■ 入社1年目

研修後は自分ができる仕事を行いながら、先輩のフォローを受けつつエンジニアとして必要なスキル習得。

スキル習得後、C#、JavaやPythonなどを使った開発に参加し、プログラミング、テストを中心に作業をしながら、

設計も経験していき、チームの一員として少しずつ任される仕事が増えていきます。

■ 2年目

「基本設計にも挑戦したい」という声を上げて先輩は、基本設計も担当するように。

経験者の先輩のフォローを受けつつ、設計レビューやコードのフィードバックを受けながらさらに力を伸ばしました。

■ 3年目

お客様との要件定義を経験し、リーダーへ。

チームをまとめる役割を任され、マネジメント力を伸ばしながら後輩育成にも携わるように。
