Your Accountabilities...■ 現場オペレーションの統括(時間帯責任者)
担当シフトにおける安全・運営品質・ビジター体験の最終責任
開場準備からクローズまでの現場統括(朝礼、配置、ブリーフィング、終礼 等)
トラブル発生時の初動対応、優先順位判断、管理職への連携
待ち時間・動線・現場状況を把握し、必要に応じた即時改善
■ ビジター対応・インシデント対応
クレーム、体調不良、迷子などの初動対応
事実確認と傾聴を重視した、安心感のある対応
関係部署と連携したスムーズな問題解決
■ チームマネジメント(People Management)
日々のパフォーマンス確認とタイムリーなフィードバック
OJT・1on1を通じた育成、モチベーションマネジメント
心理的安全性の高い職場づくりと後継者育成
接遇・サービスレベル向上のための教育実施
■ 運営改善・連携
デイリーログ等による引継ぎ・情報共有
イベントや取材対応時の現場調整

Qualifications & Experiences...必須
小売、サービス業でのチームリード・リーダー経験
高いコミュニケーション力と状況判断力
基本的なPCスキル(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
