担当製品は自動車用小型アクチュエータ(サンルーフ、パワーウィンドウ、パワーシート等)
顧客とのテクニカルディスカッションおよび折衝
プロジェクトマネージメント(社内ドイツ、アメリカ、中国、インドとの情報交換、開発サポート )
顧客情報収集(プロジェクト関連情報のみならず,顧客の動向,ストラテジー構築等)
資格
【必須経験・資格】
社会人経験5年以上、内以下の項目のご経験を有する方
- 機構部品設計知識 及び DCモータ知識
- 自動車市場における3年以上の経験
- プロジェクトマネージメント経験
日本語がFluentレベル以上の方
英語ビジネスコミュニケーション
- 英語での業務経験あり(メール、電話、会議)
- TOEIC 650点以上 もしくは 英語に対して向上意欲がある方
顧客指向の考え方、日本の顧客との交渉経験
【あれば望ましい知識・経験】
・顧客への「日本的な対応」、社内での「国際的な対応」
・ビジネスにおけるグローバルコミュニケーションの経験
・お客様の要求を理解し、それを日本国外の地域に伝える能力
